The flooding continues in Hanoi. T sent me more pics that I posted below. She said the rain stopped and the sun came out for awhile on Sunday afternoon, then the rains started up again. It's still flooded there, Sunday night. People are getting out and walking through the high flood waters to get to grocery stores. Food is going at premium prices right now. I've been checking others' BLOGs and news reports. They say this is the worst flooding in 20 years in Hanoi, over 20 people have died since Oct. 30th in this surprise rainstorm.
