GOD has blessed us again!!!

WE HAVE A NEW DAUGHTER
MOLLY GRACE ALEXANDRA
BOGOTA COLUMBIA
11 YRS OLD
Yes, you read that right. We have a new little girl and we couldn't be happier! She's a beautiful, sweet, young lady, born in Bogota Columbia. We are so amazed by her and love her dearly. Now we have 2 "Hot Tamales" (Molly & Amy) and Meg has a virtual twin. Meg & Molly are only 3 months apart in age and share a bedroom. They love having a sister to share everything with but I think I'm in BIG trouble! They LOVE the mall and Oh! Can they shop!
Our life is incredibly happy and full and I am so grateful that God has blessed us with another child. I love sitting back and watching HIS plan for our lives unfold. It never ceases to amaze me!
I know you are all waiting to see our new beauty, so HERE SHE IS...

DRAGON DANCE

Today we had the pleasure of watching our very first
DRAGON DANCE in honor of CHINESE NEW YEAR.
As Ryan said,
" It was AWESOME Mom"

Christmas Eve

I finally got my Christmas pic downloaded. Here are a few from Christmas Eve. Michelle & Ted have an annual Christmas Eve party. The DJ was a hit, my boys danced all night. Ryan and Austin especially liked the Jewish dance . I don't know the name of it, but it's VERY popular in our family since many celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah. And of course Santa was there for a few minutes between rooftop stops. As you can see, Paisley was glad when he left.

Meg had a wonderful birthday today. She absolutely loved her Chinese cake. Here she is picking it up, all 10 pounds of it. She wanted you all to see her new shoes. She was looking for the cupcake Converse but couldn't find them, but she found these at "Justice" her new favorite store.

PAISLEY'S HAIR

Here she is... Candy Cane face and all. And you see that natural split in her bangs? NO, that's a hole she cut out of them another day. She has a long history of being a beautician. When I found her she was under the kitchen table, her head bent to one side, with scissors in her left hand, and holding a 12 inch long chunk of hair out with her right, just getting ready to snip. I didn't get to her in time. It came off and joined the other 8 long chunks laying evenly spaced all around her little body. She is very organized you know...everything has to have it's place! So now she has a LONG SHAG. Remember that haircut? As long as we wear her hair down you can't tell, although it's REALLY thin now. Ponytails are something else since the crown of her head is only 3 inches long all around. At least she cut it evenly and didn't scalp herself all on one side.

I read Lori's BLOG the other day and she is hooked on it. Oh MY, That's all I need. Another computer thing to suck me in! Anyhow, who can tell me what FACEBOOK is for and what we do with it??? Oh, and what it TWITTER? I don't even want to go there! I heard Shari talk about that and also they were talking about it on FOX NEWS one Sunday morning, the newscasters were upset because there moms were using TWITTER now too! Guess it's a Young person's thing?

HAIR NO HAIR

Amy was cutting Valentines before school this morning...and left the scissors out. Do you know where I'm going with this????????????????
Paisley found the scissors...her beautiful LONG hair is GONE! to the scalp..all on the right side of her head.

ADOPTION UPDATE

For the few people left following my BLOG ( I seem to have lost a lot of followers when they realized I am a PRO-LIFE McCain-Palin supporter, here's the latest...
We few families waiting for second referrals from Vietnam have heard this week, we have not been forgotten. The Vietnam and US Gov. DO care about our cases and will discuss plans for us sometime this spring. Yes, I know, spring is a long way off, but at least we have not been told GOOD-BYE, SEE-YA, TAKE-A-HIKE. I'm VERY optimistic, when the 2 gov. get together, a solution can be worked out and we will indeed bring home another wonderful child from Vietnam. I just can't wait for that phone call.

CRHISTMAS PICS

Will be posted when I remember to have Mike download them from the camera. Ya, another thing I don't know how to do.

WOW,
It's a week into 2009 and time is flying by again this year. I can't believe it's only been 12 days since Christmas. Seems like ages ago. Our tree went down the 29th, the decorations were in the attic by the 1st, and all the toys are now in everyone's room. Time for a new beginning and putting last years holidays behind me. Although I did get caught up in the Christmas clearance...again... even though I swore I didn't need anything more. But I just couldn't pass up 90% OFF at TARGET. Everyone got new stockings, and we got some beautiful glass ornaments ( for the top of the tree of course). No wrap this year, although it killed me to pass it up at 90% off. But, I still have 100's of rolls from 2004 that I bought at 90% off. I can't believe I still have wrap left from that shopping spree! Guess I bought a LOT.
Those bargains were all packed in containers and ready for the attic when Paisley and I went to WALMART yesterday. OH NO! More bargains! I just COULDN'T resist $1 for every Christmas decoration!!! We bought $480 of Christmas ornaments for $30. AND bought 4 artificial trees for $1 EACH! Where I'm going to put everything is another problem. I see this AM that Mike has put a lot of ornaments under our bed...Maybe that means the attic is FULL?
